Finest local ingredients

We serve the finest local organic produce wherever possible, using local
suppliers.

Morning

Breakfast is a special occasion at the Roundham House and we cater for most tastes and requirements. A superb breakfast buffet awaits you including cereals, fruits and home made jams, marmalades, muffins (rhubarb and walnut, blueberry and orange) along with croissants, pastries and dairy produce. Toast is always hand cut from our famous local 'Leakers' bread. The main cooked breakfast can include Dorset organic pork sausages, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, and local free range eggs - perhaps from our own hens if requested.

Afternoon teas are always available in the lounge or terrace

Evening

Whilst we do not provide formal dinner we do offer a range of sandwiches (made with local bread and served with salad and crisps) and desserts to be taken in the bar, lounge or dining room or as room service.

Many guests prefer the freedom to dine in the many fine restaurants now operating in this area or to arrive back later, after a good lunch out, to relax with a snack and a bottle of wine in our lounge or gardens.

The restaurants listed to the left are recommended by us after regular updates from our guests. Many are within walking distance or a short drive away.
