Free use of Wi-Fi is available to all Roundham House guests.

Children

Children are welcome at the Roundham House with a minimum age of five years old.

Meal times

Breakfast 8.30 - 9.30 a.m daily (8.am by arrangement), 10 a.m Sundays.

Arrival/Departure times

Check in times are normally between 3pm to 10pm though unexpected late arrivals should re-confirm before 7pm. Last check out time is 11am daily.

Extra people in rooms.

Prices quoted are based on two people sharing a room.  Where children (5-14 years) stay with parents an extra £10 per child is charged or £25 where adults over that age stay.

Dogs

Well behaved dogs are welcome (by prior arrangement). A charge of £4 per day is made. We can only accept one dog per room.

Reservations

A reservation can be made and confirmed immediately by quoting a credit card number. All major credit cards are accepted (not American Express or Diners). A booking deposit of £15 per person per night is required. Alternatively, a booking can be made by letter, sending a cheque for its deposit. We do not accept direct on-line bookings.

Cancellations

Deposits (£15 per person per night) are not normally refundable. Where a booking is cancelled at least three days in advance before the date of arrival, no further charge will be made. Cancellations after this time will be liable for two thirds cost of the booking.

Fire Certificate

The Hotel holds a current Fire Certificate from Dorset District Council.

Food Safety and Hygene Certificate

We currently hold a five star certificate from West Dorset District Council.

Restrictions

No smoking anywhere in the house. There are convenient outside areas for smokers however. No alcohol or foods not purchased here to be consumed in the public rooms. No hot takeaway food anywhere in the house please.
